The platform was developed in Ruby on Rails and hosted on Heroku. It was built to scale securely while providing a simple submission and judging experience.

Apps included a Angular ticketing app, NativeScript iOS and Android field apps, responsive time tracking apps, a help desk, and interactive GIS apps.

We designed, developed, and maintained this business-critical app with an impressive uptime. Combining Angular and Node.js with a scalable AWS infrastructure resulted in a reliable, secure, and high-performance ticketing platform. We then expanded the functionality of the software to support graphing, exportable reports, saved searches—and the largest addition—the inclusion of customer-direct e-commerce.
PJ Dick’s ERP software required a ground-up user experience and front-end technology overhaul to resolve decades-old usability and limitations. We led UX app design and front-end software development for this multi-release effort which included product management support, software branding, training videos, IOT integrations, and overall focus on user task simplification.
Roket re-imagined this mapping software to better meet the needs of its users and integrate our latest UX design system updates. While integrating new interactive features, intuitive navigation, and data views we worked to reduce user experience complexity of its current features.
